President Barack Obama is being sued by a Chinese company operating in the US, after he blocked the sale of a wind farm- for reasons of national security.
The privately-owned Chinese firm, Ralls Corp, bought four wind farm projects near a US naval facility in the US state of Oregon earlier this year.
But President Obama blocked the deal last week, as Nina-Maria Potts reports:
